Envoy is a free invoicing application designed exclusively for Shopify merchants. The app enables users to generate, customize, and manage invoices and related documents such as credit notes and packing slips. Envoy integrates with the Shopify platform through official APIs and operates entirely within the Shopify ecosystem. Any new features or tools added to the Services will also be subject to these Terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using Envoy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app and discontinue its use. Envoy reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website at https://www.meetenvoy.com, and your continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Access and Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Envoy for your internal business purposes on your Shopify store.

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the app;
• Use the app for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app, its systems, or related networks;
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation or performance of the app;
• Use the app in any way that may harm its integrity or performance.

4. Account and Data Responsibility

Envoy operates within your Shopify account using Shopify's authentication and permissions framework. You are responsible for maintaining secure access to your Shopify account and for all activities that occur through it. Envoy only accesses and processes the store data necessary to provide its invoicing and reporting features. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your store data and for complying with all applicable data protection and tax regulations.

5. Support

Envoy is provided free of charge and includes standard support for all users. For assistance, please contact [email protected]. While we strive to maintain high availability, Envoy does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that the Services will always be error-free.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, design elements, and source code associated with Envoy are the intellectual property of Envoy. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any portion of the app without our prior written consent. You retain ownership of all data, invoices, and content created through the app.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Envoy respects your privacy and processes data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Envoy only accesses and processes the information necessary to perform its invoicing functions. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. We comply with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.

8. Termination

You may uninstall Envoy at any time via your Shopify admin panel. Envoy reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if we believe you are violating these Terms or using the app in a way that may harm other users or our infrastructure. Termination will not affect your ability to access any invoices or data that have already been generated.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Envoy is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties, whether express or implied. We make no guarantees that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. You acknowledge that you use Envoy at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Envoy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. In any case, Envoy's total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid to use the app, if any.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United States.
